The Pilavas family has been distilling ouzo, brandy and a variety of liqueurs for three generations. Our recipe has remained the same for nearly 60 years: fine ingredients, double distillation and lots of patience.

We're strongly positioned in the Greek market and export to nine other European countries, all the while taking pride in remaining a family business with a modern profile.

Our family-owned 3,500m2 plant in Patra, featuring state-of-the-art distilleries and ultra-modern bottling machines, allows us to produce 6,000 bottles per hour.

We're certified by both ISO 9001 and HACCP and continue to strive for our ouzo's ever-stronger presence in the world markets.
